Oh Jeff...you have no idea. The Vista is absolutely beautiful. I was in awe when I first walked in the atrium and saw the dreamscape.

I hope you and the family are doing well. You need to cruise again soon so I can read your next review

I'm sorry I'm late to this party. I have been waiting for this review since I found out you booked! When I saw you on JH FB page I knew this would be another amazing review. You always have the best time! One day I hope to cruise with you so we can "lean" together ;)

Ok i got a t question.... Lol besides why do you still root for the lame Niger dame Irish. What happened to the chair lift in lido deck pool. I saw it in the first pics that carnival released prior to your cruise. I didn't see it in your pics

 

I never saw a chair lift which I still find surprising. It wouldn't take much to add something like that but because ships are not registered in the U.S. they do not have to adhere to the same ADA guidelines that we have here in the U.S.

That's weird because they had one in all the pics when they left the ship yard to go pick you all up. I was so happy that my mother may finally get in a pool

I hear ya. I rarely get in the pools onboard because I am worried about climbing the ladder to get out. I have had a couple knee surgeries and a torn ACL. My knee strength just isn't the same

That's why I get in the whirlpools but I would prefer the pools anyday

Booked Vista for Jan. 2017 and we find out later after booking that they do not have the THALASSOTHERAPY POOl like the Breeze. We booked a Spa interior cabin because this ship doesn't have the whirlpools on deck 5 like the Breeze. And now they don't have the THALASSOTHERAPY POOL. I'm sure we will enjoy our cruise but we may have to hit the Havana pool area for the whirlpools. Just is now on the other end of the ship since we are on deck 11 forward. Great review. Love everyone that you have done. My wife has a chicken hat just like yours from a Halloween costume from years past. She was a haystack.

Hi Brianna, thanks for the great pics.

Looks like there is some real comfy seating on board, can`t wait to be in one of those cozy chairs on deck with a book in one hand and a cocktail in the other. :D

Also thank you for showing the ice-cream section in cherry on top, can`t wait to try one of those. :)

Wow, I came here yesterday to check for new info and there was nothing new, I must have been early. First time that has ever happened. While I wish your visit with your mom, aunt and bestie could have been longer, I was beginning to have withdrawals. I even went so far as to read other reviews on this cruise. I promise to never do it again. Excited to see what is coming next. Thanks for posting. I am not far down the road from you in Florida. I live in Zephyrhills, although we come to Massachusetts in the summer to see kids and grandkids. Looking forward to the next installment. :D:D:D

OK y'all I am back for some more pictures. It is a slow night at work and I am tired of working for the day so it is time to have some fun

 

Our 4th day onboard would bring us to Kotor, Montenegro. I had no idea of what to expect from this port because it was a late added port due to our port cancellation of Izmir, Turkey

 

A perfect start to the day with my first Blue Iguana burrito of the cruise

 

A little egg, cheese, hash brown, sour cream, and salsa....yummy

 

So this is the new layout for the Fun Times. It is in a tri-fold version. We purchased the Fun Hub onboard so I never carried the Fun Times paper version with us

 

It still came with the part that can be torn off to carry with you

We arrived into Kotor around 11:00 am. Kotor was a tender port. We were going to be here from 11:00-5:00 pm. We figured with the short port times plus a tender we decided to stay on the ship but Kotor was beautiful

As I was taking these pictures...I was thinking to myself how beautiful these mountains would be with snow on them

After seeing how beautiful Kotor was from the ship I wish now that we had got off but if we would have I wouldn't have got all these great pics from the ship

After we had a Guys Burger for lunch it was time to try out the SkyRide and the Sports Deck that we had been hearing so much about

Mini Putt Clubs and Balls....so well organized. It is so much better having the balls and clubs up on deck where mini golf is instead of down on Lido deck

The SkyRide opened at 1:00 pm everyday. If you wanted to ride it was best to arrive aright around 1:00 pm and there wasn't much of a line

 

 

There goes Laura....in the red SkyRide car. She was so nervous to try it

 

She got some great video with her GoPro camera

Even though she was nervous at the beginning...Laura loved doing the SkyRide. She went again later on in the cruise

 

Now after the SkyRide she comes over to me and says to me "Will you hold this for me" She handed me her sail and sign lanyard and GoPro camera.

I thought to myself..."where is she going?" I had no idea what she was about to do. She strapped herself into a harness and did the SkyCourse. I was shocked because she is scared of heights

 

I had to make sure to get pictures and video because her husband would never believe this

At this point I know she was cussing me out for taking pictures and video....hehe

 

The Clubhouse has the bowling alley, a bar, lounge area, and kickball on a pool table....you have to see it to believe it

 

The Sky Bowl. It was $3.00 a game. This wasn't working until later on during our cruise
