Yes, that is still one of the coupons given to D+.

Yes we use it often...just ask your cabin steward what night this is offered or if you can use it on any night and he/she will give you the bag (leave it in your cabin)...and do remember it's one wash-n-fold bag per D+ member not one per cabin so you can actually use this service on more than one night on a 7 night and above cruise.
