Odd website glitch?

We finished paying off our cruise on Breakaway for this Oct. including gratuities and checking in about 4 months ago. I logged in the other day after seeing 100% check in complete for months now, and it said only 60%. It was missing some info. I didn't feel like fixing it right then so I logged out. I then checked later that day and it was indeed back to 100% complete. Anyone else happen to them? Really odd no?

I bet they are candidates for hacking then unless they take security very serious.
