What Days are the Elegant Nights? December 2, 2017 8 day Southern Caribbean Sailing

Does anyone know what days the 2 elegant nights fall on for the 8 day Southern Caribbean cruise. We are on the December 2, 2017 sailing. We want to do both the Italian and the Asian Specialty Dining. We have done the steak house on a number of our cruses and loved it. Very excited about the 2 new options. We want to do both but don't want to schedule them for elegant nights. I love the elegant nights.
