Apologies in advance for the noob question. We have been with Cunard previously but will be on Radiance of the Seas in September.

 

Can we get - like with Cunard - US$ in cash from Guest Services which will be then charged to our statement?

Hello, they don't offer this service, they will exchange currency for US dollars though. If you want to get money out and it charged to your onboard account you can do this in the casino, it's a drawn out process though, you get chips from a gaming table (they charge you 5%) and then go and cash them in.

You can get US cash from the casino for a 5% fee. There is also an ATM onboard.
