In your cruise personalizer go to documents and then travel summary.

When you open up the travel summary, you will get the complete info for your specific cruise and at the very bottom, the last listing will be onboard credits.

 

I'm waiting for mine to appear as well!

Got mine credited after about a week. They say there's a bit of delay. Note: When you fax your statement, remember to block out the account number and don't use a highlighter to highlight any info cause their fax machine makes it look black. Just had a request kicked back cause I highlighted the Carnival Stock line item and my name and they couldn't read it. Fixed it and was credited within a day.

There is a specific phone number for inquiring as to whether or not your faxed info has been received. I generally fax my info, wait a couple of hours, then call the number. They look up my fax, immediately apply the credit, and send me an email verification.

 

Tel 800 872 6779 ext. 30317 (For Confirming OBC Fax Has Been Received)

If you're like me you will need step by step by step, so above is good to follow, but I needed the extra instruction.

 

Booking Summary

Boarding Pass & Luggage Tags (on right side of page)

Travel Documents

Travel Summary

Download and print

Click on the download arrow or button to see your document

Then scroll down to bottom of document to view your credit
