Super mad at Travel Agent!

Here's a 10 day update. I just got in touch with the owner of the agency. Turns out, it was really the HAL representative for the agency's fault. I don't know how, but don't ask me the specifics. Something to do with the website and the offers Holland was plugging in. He said I could get back my deposit, but I counterclaimed for a room upgrade or OBC as I didn't feel like switching anymore after all the comments you made. Hopefully this all works out.
