Going on Midnatsol in Feb. Antarctica cruise. They will confiscate wine if we bring on board. Has anyone been on Hurtigruten Antarctica cruise in 2016 and been able to get wine aboard for cabin consumption?

"Aboard" is perfectly correct. Merriam-Webster says this:

I presume you are asking about smuggling wine aboard rather than buying it onboard.
