Welcome to Cruise Critic!

There are two webcams where we watch Fort Lauderdale sail-aways.

On Sunday NCL Gem is starting roundtrip cruises out of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

To which "new" NCL ships are you referring? NCL had a new ship in 2013, 2014, and 2015 and the next three to join the fleet will be in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Of course the Zuiderdam ran right into Matthew...........huricanes don't stop for borders! There was extensive damage in PEI, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland:rolleyes:

The storm the Zuiderdam ran into was a Nor'Easter not the remnants of Hurricane Matthew. It was centered over Newfoundland and was moving southwest. I was on the cruise and spoke to the officers. Also, the storm was predicted to impact the area we were cruising by the weather reports in Quebec before the ship even left.
