can you remove an excursion after you have booked it on line?

Yes, you can. If you go to your cruise manager and select it, you can "edit" the excursion - from there you can cancel and receive a refund.

I've done this before without any problems.

And the refunds are pretty quick. I cancelled an excursion on a Saturday night. On Sunday I received a notice of the cancellation and that the refund had been processed.the The refund hit my credit card on Wednesday morning.
