I pre purchased the Voom Surf- Stream pkg

 

It says the provider is Harris Caprock

 

The speeds are

1st sea day near African coast Ping 671 download 2.73 upload .28

 

2nd day near Lanzarote Ping 615 download 3.97 upload .34

Thanks for the test. Ping and download are typical. Upload might be too low for Periscope, but otherwise the numbers are not bad.

 

What was the ship time when you did the tests?
