skiiergirl Posted January 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 1, 2017 We will be in Civitevecchia doing a b2b and don't have time to go into Rome. What would you recommend as a great lunch spot in (or near) Civitevecchia? Any things to "see" in the "close" area? Thanks!
Karennella Posted January 2, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 2, 2017 We actually had two nights there before our cruise last May and enjoyed our stay. But I could not especially recommend any restaurants as they were, to be honest, the worst we had found in the two weeks in Italy. I think they count on people only staying a night. I would walk along the promenade away from the direction of the cruise port and there seemed to be quite a few nicely located restaurants along the water. We mostly just did the local thing and wandered around and did a bit of shopping.
lisiamc Posted January 2, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 2, 2017 We like PaneAmore & Fantasea. Not especially cheap, but nicely prepared, fresh food.
