Civitiveccchia....best place for lunch?

We will be in Civitevecchia doing a b2b and don't have time to go into Rome. What would you recommend as a great lunch spot in (or near) Civitevecchia? Any things to "see" in the "close" area?

We actually had two nights there before our cruise last May and enjoyed our stay. But I could not especially recommend any restaurants as they were, to be honest, the worst we had found in the two weeks in Italy. I think they count on people only staying a night.

I would walk along the promenade away from the direction of the cruise port and there seemed to be quite a few nicely located restaurants along the water. We mostly just did the local thing and wandered around and did a bit of shopping.

We like PaneAmore & Fantasea. Not especially cheap, but nicely prepared, fresh food.
