Gem vs Star outdoor area

We are booked to sail on the Star in May. We have previously sailed the Gem and Jade which both have Great Outdoors area on back deck which we really enjoyed. Can you tell us what would be an equivalent area on the Star? I see the back deck on 12 is the kiddy pool area.

The Star is a Dawn class ship which does not have a Great Outdoors area. There are tables on the pool deck to bring your food from the buffet if you like. The Bier Garden is outside, and has tables and some high tops. But, one side is reserved for smokers.

The PP is correct....unfortunately. I suggest you reset your expectations since it sounds like you are like me and really used the Great Outdoors - the lack of a nice outdoor space to eat without the noise and ruckus of the pool is the reasons that we have only sailed Star once.
