sparky52t Posted January 29, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 29, 2017 Are coats and ties necessary on formal nights? Is the food on formal nights comparable to the food on a normal night in the MDR? Or is it substantially better? (Trying to decide whether to bring formal attire with us.) :)
Ourusualbeach Posted January 29, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 29, 2017 While formal attire is requested it is certainly not required. You will find a wide variety of dress on formal nights from tuxes to khakis and a collared shirt.

mosherrskl Posted February 2, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 2, 2017 Our 2nd formal night featured lobster. Lobster was an additional charge on other nights.

What is served on "lobster night" is a warm water tail - sometimes good, sometimes not so much. The "for a fee" lobster is a whole Maine lobster. Big difference.
