Caribbean vs. European cruises

Weird question I know....but

just wondering if anyone knows if the food and drink menus change signifigantly with the two different destinations, Europe vs. Caribbean??

We are on a Nowegain Fjord cruise this summer and are just curious if the menu choices and beverage choices(alcohol) will be more European based or more Caribbean/North American based??

I was on a Baltic cruise a few years back and everything was basically the same. I really didn't notice any differences in food and drink.
