Premier Cruise Cash Question

I normally receive Premier Cruise offers in the mail and it lists the amount of cash I will get. This time, I received a call from my PVP and the offer was also on my special offers when I checked online. At one time a few years ago, my PVP (who has since left CCL) told me that he would not be able to tell how much cash I was entitled to - I would have to check with the Players' Club. This time, my new PVP said that both my sister and I would be getting $500 cash and the 7 day cruise on the Glory for an inside is approx. $525/person. Obviously, this was a no brainer and we booked the cruise.

Now, the question - does anyone know if the PVP can see how much cash I will be receiving? I ask because normally my sister gets a couple hundred more than I do (she spends a lot more). I specifically asked the PVP if she was sure I would be getting the $500 as I would not be interested in booking another cruise this year (we are taking a 5 day in June and I'm trying to stick to my budget). She assured me that we would both be getting the $500.

I did email the casino with the question, but so far I haven't heard back from them. Thought maybe some of you guys would be able to help.

My PVP can see my cash back. We booked a Premier and he told me the amount, I was surprised because DHs was less than normal however when we received the invite in the regular mail it was exactly as he stated. We just got the mail version on Friday but it was in my offers week before last.

Thank you so much for the responses. I will get with my PVP and ask that she email the offer. The reason I wondered is because last week she said that she wouldn't be able to get the cash amount, then this week-end she said it was $500, which is more than I normally receive.

Makes me feel better to know that PVP's can get the info - hopefully she's right!

I agree you should have something in writing because they sometimes have no record of it in the casino. Only the Ocean Players Club used to be able to tell you the cash amount, but it seems that since they now make the regular customer service people handle casino inquiries, they can look it up. Just in case, email the casino also.

Just sent an email to the Players Club for confirmation. I don't know why the offer didn't come in the mail as it usually does. I've been on two Premier Cruises without a problem, but I did have the offer with me just in case. I just want something in writing in hand when I board. Thanks
