New footage of an old event that didn't need to be revisited. Not my idea of news. Why was it new footage?

 

Yeah, didn't need to - but news bulletins like dramatic or appealing vision. Just like stuff that came out about "9/11" years after the event - or just kangaroos fighting. Not everything on the news is just because it's out that day and of monumental importance.

 

As for why, some guy uploaded it recently. No idea why he waited, but he did.
