What Cabin? Adventure of the Seas

Are the rooms near the convention center or ice rink loud? What are some good rooms without a lot of noise and movement on this ship? We will be on the Sept 17th 2006 voyage. Please help.

If you are looking for not a lot of movement, look for staterooms on lower decks in the middle of the ship.

we have been on many many cruises, but not on AOS. Is there a lot of movement on this ship? Have you been on this ship and if so what room did you have and would you take the same room again?

Can anyone help me on this subject? Are the rooms near the ice rink loud at night?

 

Are the rooms near the elevator and stairwells loud too? It seems most of the good prices are near those 2 areas.

Those are some of the quietest rooms on the ship. The room we had was at the end in a short little bank of exterior-only rooms on the same floor as the ice rink and had almost no motion at all. DH was worried about motion sickness, which is why we booked that particular location in Feb. '04. We are going back again in Feb. '06 and have booked the exact same room because we enjoyed our room so much. We thought about getting a suite on a higher deck, but didn't want to deal with all the hall traffic and noise.

It has almost nothing to do with the ship. All depends on weather.
