Haven't heard of any. Small cruise lines that operate from Juneau might have that option.

I think that the fjords themselves are quite a ways from the docking sites which could present a problem. (This is based on the reviews of the boat trips up to the fjords which complain about the distance.)

Ya, I realize that now. Seems like it takes about two hours to get to the fjords by boat
