I'm done! I booked Radiance of the Seas/ Vancouver to Alaska!

Recommended Posts

This is a celebration thread. Thank you(s) will appear below (attn. Bob and Ken)

I went to AAA today and booked with them because they have a promotion (beginning Sat. June 3rd) that the AAA customer will get UP TO $300 worth of a gift card when booking thru AAA.

She(the AAA agent) put the Royal Caribbean booking info. in to RC's system and AAA's system. The room is booked...a "hold".... it's mine and I don't have to put the deposit down until Sat. June 3rd.

I was helped on three different threads by clarea (Bob) and Ourusualbeach (Ken).

Yes at times someone else popped in, but these three posted in a helpful manner multiple times.

They were my main guys and I want them to know that I am very thankful for their assistance!!!

We did this cruise awhile back.. originally scheduled the post cruise but decided to do our own thing instead... mostly due to not wanting to be on a schedule the second week. ..Plus there were 12 of us... We really want to go back.. loved that trip. The cruise is wonderful and Radiance is a lovely ship!

We did the 2003/2004 closed loop Inside Passage itineraries from Vancouver on Radiance and Serenade and it was great. LOVE the amount of glass in the public spaces in addition to our balconies. ALWAYS something to see outside 24/7.

I just spent 30 minutes on Cruise Critic's Photos of Radiance of the Seas.

Now I have to wait 13 months before I sail.

It's gonna be tough LOL

....btw, this post was/is my 100th CC post

( On Tripadvisor I have 3,230 posts....man! I have a long way to go here! )
