Yesterday was the 100 day mark and the first day we could add the thermal spa package to our cruise. I signed on and was surprised to see it still was not an option for us to purchase. I signed on today and it was finally shown as an option for purchase. When I clicked on the link to add it, I got a message that they were no longer available. Could they have sold out already? Or is something wrong? Thanks for any info.

If you are not in a suite you have to wait until the 90 day mark.

If you are in a suite it just must be a glitch in the system, just phone your pre cruise concierge number and they will help you out.

Enjoy the thermal spa!

Our Travel Agent told us it was 60 days before cruising that we could purchase the Spa access pass and it is about 10% less than on board, I think! 90 days for dinner reservations at complimentary and specialty restaurants!

Hi Karen,

We just hit the 90 day mark yesterday and I was able to book the thermal suite pass for DW and I. I did get the same message that you mention at first, but realized that I had accidentally clicked on one of the days on the left hand column. Once I clicked the clear button, I was able to book it.

Another thing that I noticed was that the web states that if you buy online you save $20 and it charged us $199 each. However, I saw that on one of the Freestyle Dailies for the Escape I found on CC, it lists the onboard price at $246. Not sure if that includes something else but it is definitely cheaper if you purchase online beforehand, whether $20 or $47!

Have a great cruise!

John
