Last Minute Senior Guarantee Rate - Balcony Can this be an obstructed view?

I was considering a "Last Minute Senior Guarantee Rate" for a balcony room with Carnival selecting the room within the category. On the super saver rate I see they list the possibility of an obstructed view. Is this also a possibility on the senior rate or will it be a good view?

I believe if you book a guaranteed balcony rate you can be assigned any unsold cabin categorized as a balcony.

If it's available on the ship, then it's possible to get it as a guarantee. Which cabins are showing available right now?

Whatever you would consider the "worst" possible balcony to get is fair game; nothing to do with senior rate, everything to do with guarantee. It's a roll of the dice; if the savings are attractive and / or location is not important, go for it. If location is important I'd recommend avoiding all guarantees.
