Workout Area on Silhouette. What are the hours?

Any one have an idea what the hours are for the Health Club to use the exercise equipment. Did I read correctly that the hours are 8am - 8pm on sea days. Used to having a 24 hour gym. I get up very early and like to get my workout done first thing each morning.

The hours are 6 am to 11 pm.

On my last cruise on the Silly, I was at the gym at 6:00 and it got crowded fairly quickly. It's a beautiful facility. My only complaint is the elipticals face starboard, which made for a nauseating ride in rough seas on a sea day. It was great to see the sun rise as I exercised!

Workout Area Hours: I'm pretty sure the Martini Bar will stay open as long as you keep buying drinks.
