There will be Canada Day celebrations in downtown Victoria on July 1st. Fireworks in the Inner Harbour at 10:15

We heard that a lot of the down town streets will be blocked off. We are arriving Sat AM for our Alaska cruise on the NA. I'm thinking HAL shuttle from the airport vs sky train??
