Status Match Question

We recently booked our first cruise on MSC for the Seaside for next year. I submitted the same documents for wife and myself for the status match. My wife got GOLD and mine says Welcome. Any idea as to why mine is different. We are both Platinum on Carnival . :confused:

Preface my response with the fact that NOTHING about their online functions works most of the time. Yours hasn't been processed (that was my experience with my husband). I sent all again and received an email (my application never prompted an email; the match just showed up) within hours. This was after waiting 2 weeks.

You can also call, and they will find it. As long as one of you got matched, that's really all you need.
