NJ&Ozzie Posted July 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 19, 2017 Hi, We might take the train from Fumicino airport to Civi. We would transfer at Trasvetere station. My question is what if for some reason we miss that train to Civi. Can we just go on the next one? Do you have to pay again? There is only 20 minutes between arrival at Trasvetere to catch one to Civi so could be a problem. Also, at Trasvetere stn. - is there an elevator or do you take luggage up flight of stairs? Thanks! euro cruiser Posted July 19, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 19, 2017 These are unreserved regional trains so yes, you just get on the next one. However, twenty minutes is more than enough time to make the change, Trastevere isn't that large of a station. There are elevators at each track. Budget Queen Posted July 19, 2017 #3 Share Posted July 19, 2017 As mentioned these are open tickets, and with the Trasveter station, it's an easy transfer. However, it is up and down stairs at Civitavecchia.
