We took our 2.5yearold climbing waterfalls & dolphin tours in Jamaica, dolphins & birds in Cayman, and walking the pyramids in Cozumel. Labadee we just swam.

There are plenty of excursions that have no age restriction. If you sign up through RC then you will get a message saying that your baby is not eligible if that particular excursion has an age limit. Just use common sense and you should be fine (sadly, no toddler ziplining :p )

Does anyone know if there are excursions that allow an 18 month to go on? Not talking about water activities - more like Island tours....

I would imagine the cruise line age restrictions for excursions is probably set by the liability insurance policies. You may also want to consider private (non cruise line) excursions.
