We will be arriving same day at 10 AM, there are just two of us. Wondering if taking Uber or Lyft Will be the most cost-effective way to get to the ship. I do want to make a quick stop at a liquor store to purchase wine. TIA for your input. Because of wanting to stop for wine, I was not really thinking of using SuperShuttle.

Another option would be to take Uber/lyft to the port, check in and drop off everything in your room. Then leave the ship and walk into San Pedro to do your wine shopping. This has worked well for us at this port in the past
