Looking for reputable tours to book excursions in Ocho Rios

The cruise ship doesn't have what we want to do. We found this tour that we liked but want to make sure we go with someone reputable. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g147311-d2216743-r195368874-Jaital-Montego_Bay_Saint_James_Parish_Jamaica.html Has anyone went with Jaital before or another recommendation of a company with something similar?

We have a 2 year old and a 5 year old going with us. Would like to see the Dunn River Falls and the dolphin encounter. Does anyone know if a 2 yr old and 5 year old can do the Dolphin Encounter? One person told me they could as long as they aren't swimming with them but someone else said no.

I do go with the trip advisor reviews as long as they have been reviewed by a large group of people.
