Has anyone used cruisingexcursions.com in the Med and are the reputable?

If you look around the board, you will find many discussions on them. Summary, good prices, but the fact they are a broker, and don't actually provide the tour (they contract with a local provider) has caused customer service issues.

 

Many comments here end with " I would rather just deal direct with vendors". We agree.

As usual CruiserBruce has it right.

 

I would add that you can also use trip advisor which is the sister site for cruise critic to also read reviews.

 

Like Cruise Bruce we prefer to deal directly with a vendor rather then one who receives an outsource from these types of companies.
