Vancouver - Pinnacle Hotel

The least expensive is to take the Canada Line into the city. The easiest probably would be to take a cab. It is a set fee from the airport. If you want to know how far the walk is, try google maps and put in the address for Canada Place (port) and your hotel address and that will tell you the exact mileage. Be sure and change the top of the "directions" to walking. Our hotel is really near the waterfront stop on the Canada Line train, so we are taking it to our hotel. We also get into Vancouver @ 10:25 am the day before and are in no hurry. There is a detailed information over at Trip Advisor/Vancouver & a link to the Canada Line with pictures and directions from the airport and where to go once you clear customs.

Thoughts....

  • I recommend the cab from airport to hotel. It's $35 (USD$28) for door to door convenience. It's a 12 minute or over half-mile luggage drag from the subway station on Google Maps. For two adults... you save $17 (USD$14) using the subway.
  • Pinnacle to cruise terminal is 8 minute or half-mile luggage drag. Without luggage the 5 block walk is very easy.
