Inexpensive FLL Hotel near airport for 1 night

Our flight plans had to change, so now we will be arriving at 10:10 on a Saturday night, for a cruise departing on Sunday out of Miami. I am looking for as inexpensive hotel as possible, as I anticipate we will arrive, get our luggage and go to the hotel to sleep. We need 2 double or queen beds. Amenities (pool, etc.) not required.

 

Any suggestions for close, cheap and CLEAN?

The four points Sheraton is cheaper now because they are not officially open yet after refurbishment. They open end of October. It's close to FLL airport and free shuttle .

Springhill Suites, Dania Beach. Free airport shuttle. Free shuttle to cruise port. Free breakfast. Free internet.

Roadway Inn is about as cheap as you will find; I would search www.sunny.org for your specific dates.

We always stay at the Spring Hill Suites Dania Beach because they have a free courtesy shuttle to and from the FLL airport. This hotel also has free breakfast in the morning.

 

Then we take Jiffy Jeff Transportation to the port of Miami the next day.

 

Great customer service and friendly drivers.

It really helps to know what time of year you are looking for, and what your actual budget is. Or at least if you are serious about "cheap" and cheap only (willing to settle for a total craphole just because of how few hours you will be in the room)

 

For example, the Springhill Suites recommended above ranges from $120/night during the summer to nearly $300/night from February thru April. Which is why dates are essential.

Agree. Without a date of stay, we have no idea what to recommend. :confused:

What is "cheap" to one person might be luxury to another. And the date will determine the rates available.

We used RedCarpet Inn and it was cheap and Ok. Free shuttle from FLL.

SAS will pick up there for shuttle to POM for 15 dollars PP. Uber may be less if you have more than two people.

Depending on dates, the hotel rates start at 63 dollars using Orbitz.
