Prepaying for shore excursions with onboard credit if booked with TA

I am wondering how to book shore excursions using my onboard credit from Princess when a TA has my booking. Will I need to go through the TA to book shore excursions? I could simply do it online before but now that shore excursions have to be prepaid I am not sure how this works.

Go to the Princess online Cruise Personalizer for your cruise to book shore excursions and pay with OBC or chargecard.

It works exactly the same way; no difference in booking excursions through your personalize room whether you are booked direct or with a TA.

For reason, it used my on board credit, but not my husbands`. You may have to log into both personalizers and do it separately. My OBC was a gift from the TA.
