Can a Registered Sex Offender (Tier 1) go on a Carnival Cruise Line?

Thanks to you and others for concerns about my 'health'. You are correct....I do have a choice and have made it.

 

The point was, one doesn't need a criminal record to be treated like one....and that goes for citizens as well as visitors.

 

 

I think (most) of us get the point but many do not necessarily agree.

The border agents are looking for specific items. child porn, perhaps some proof that you are entering the country to work when you have stated otherwise, or some sort of i dictation of criminal activity. They are busy folks. It is not as if they are going to root through you knickers.

 

Let them do their job. It is a challenging and an important one. Why be a jerk about it.

 

Your alternative is to remain within the borders of your own country. It is your choice.

 

Actually, they can and do - without probable cause or warrant - US citizen or not.
