We take the remaining money out on purchased Carnival gift cards from Cherry on Top. Then, we can use them on a future cruise or pay off a cruise balance. Very easy. We don't do casino.:D

 

That is fine if you want to do it that way. We wanted the cash because that spends anywhere, not just on Carnival. So if you do not "DO" the casino, pretend it is a bank. You are transferring cash from one bank (S&S Account) to another bank (S&S Casino Account. The slot machine is your automatic teller for the transaction. You can try to cash it out without pushing a button, or you could look at the one button push for the lowest possible bet on that "automatic teller" as the transaction cost to use the "automatic teller". If "you" do not "DO" the Casino for religious reasons, ask someone who will act as your "physical teller" to make the transaction on the "automatic teller" for you. Cash is king, after all.

Ok. Please help me make sure that we have planned this correctly. DH’s 25th cruise will be on our 14 day Hawaii cruise in January 2019. We chose this to be his 25th cruise because when I called Carnival, they said that you get OBC for 25% of your 25th cruise amount paid. You must call them before your 25th cruise and let them know that you want to receive the 25%. We thought that this would be one of our higher priced cruises so we should make it his milestone. Will he get the 25% on that cruise or will it be given on a cruise after his 25th, but be in the amount paid for the 25th one? It sounds so confusing and the girl at Carnival put me on hold several times because she really had no idea how it worked. Thanks in advance for any clarification.
