Best time to arrive at pier?

Leaving on the Escape next week with my almost 89 year old mom. We're staying at the Hampton Brickell and booked the cruise package which includes 2 transfers to the ship but I'm not certain she can maneuver getting in and out of a crowded van, so I likely will use Lyft or a taxi. Last port of Miami cruise, in 2016, we stayed near the airport and our Uber driver got lost so I don't remember what time we left or arrived! Also, this is our first time staying in Brickell -looking forward to it!

What is the best time to leave Brickell to arrive at the pier?

Hoping to minimize the security wait as she will be using a rollator for the first time and still refuses to sit on it! I have a wheelchair escort booked for boarding so we should be fine once we get through Security to the Haven check-in. I've reminded her of the amount of walking from drop-off through security, but she either doesn't recall or chooses not to. As a friend reminds me, stubborn got her this far and I feel very blessed to be able to continue to travel with her.
