lec2017 Posted January 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 1, 2018 Ok, I apologize if this is a silly question but I'm at a loss. How do I use my placeholder discount? Can I do it online or do I need to call to book the cruise?

mommb Posted January 1, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 1, 2018 This is not a silly question, done many cruise-related tasks can be done online. However, as far as I have been able to determine, placeholder bookings can’t be turned into “real” bookings online. If the booking belongs to a travel agent, the agent will need to book the real date. If you booked on your own, you will need to call Disney Cruise to set up a specific cruise date.
