Fare viewer

I usually use the fare viewer to review my rate and then apply for any difference. I’ve tried a couple times but the fare viewer is apparently gone and I see no online way to apply for the difference in fare.

 

Can anyone point me in the correct direct?

Fare viewer is gone. Do a mock booking , if price is lower fill out and submit the price protection form.

If that is a concern, log out and clear your cookies. While I don't THINK it will affect your visible rates, I never say never.

I never log in when I do a mock booking.

Just make believe you are not booked and are looking for a cruise.

IF you find a rate drop just call the 800 number. They can arrange it for you and they will send you an e mail showing the new price immediately.

Yes and no.

 

Yes, in that if you have any special rates available due to you they will be reflected.

 

No, will not limit what rates are available, whether more or less.

After following all the awesome advice I’d only add take a screenshot of the mock booking. Carnival accepted my request for OBC but stayed the fare was $20 Less. The screenshot was accepted and I received $20 more OBC.

Messaged John Heald on another site and he said he was going to ask about getting it reinstated. Sure hope Carnival will do that! I find it much easier and quicker than doing a mock booking.
