Marple Sue Posted January 13, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2018 I'd be glad to know if the hair driers in cabins are effective. Thanks
leaveitallbehind Posted January 13, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 13, 2018 I'd be glad to know if the hair driers in cabins are effective. Thanks As this is a rather specific question regarding a specific cruise line and ship I would suggest posting this question on the Marella board here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=497 You will likely get more responses there. However I can say that this is an ex-RCI ship, Splendour of the Seas (originally launched in 1996), and in our experience with RCI the hair driers were effective. They are the type that requires you to hold the switch on when using it and the output is average to good.
cb at sea Posted January 13, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 13, 2018 I always bring my own....I've found that while the provided dryers (on most lines) get hot, they seldom blow as hard as mine! And, many require you to hold the button down all the time, which is difficult in some positions.
