Newbie to Royal questions

I'm a newbie to Royal, platinum on another line, but could not resist the urge to try the Harmony of the Seas.

We are sailing January 2019.

I am trying to buy the drink package and the dining package. Neither appear in my cruise planner. Should these?

Also how far out can I book shows? We have a group of 10 going so I wanted to book these before we get on the ship.

Also photo packages are not appearing either. What do these generally cost and will there be photographers around the ship and at dinner? I'm obsessed with my cruise photos!

Any other tips you can think of are appreciated!

On our cruise last fall, stuff started showing up about 4-5 months ahead of time. I believe we booked drink packages/internet about 6 months out. First was show time reservations and then maybe 4 months ahead was specialty dining and last about 3 months out was dining reservations. Bob is right though...there's no rhyme or reason as to when it shows up, but 4-5 months is a good place to start. Right now, it's way too early.
