Asking for my mom who is booked on Allure for April 15. Is there a deal for drink packages right now? I saw a thread about a week ago that talked about a buy one get one half off deal. Is her cruise part of that? How does she book it (she used travel agent)? Thanks for the help.

Cruise planner. It will show the current deal for her Cruise. Varies ship to ship

She definitely needs to look at the cruise planner for her sailing. Even booking through a TA, you log-in and do those on your own, it's very easy. Even if they're advertising a sale, it's not on all ships and sailings which is why you have to check. Just keep in mind the price you see quoted is per day minus the 18% gratuity that will be added at checkout.

When is her cruise? It will be listed under "beverages" when available. Form time to time they will run "sales" where the price is discounted from the onboard price. The discount will vary and the cost will too based on what sale is being offered but it will always be cheaper than onboard pricing. If there is a package she knows she wants it's best to buy it before getting onboard.

If you purchase the package now you can always call and cancel the package and repurchase at a lower cost if it goes on sale for a price cheaper than what you paid.
