Casino is also stackable, although you may not even know you have it. Need to ask at the cashier's cage. In our case we were told about it on second cruise of B2B by casino manager. She was able to move it to the second cruise.

I was surprised to get an OBC from the travel agent group on my upcoming cruise. I have 2 more cruises booked that do not have this credit available (according to Princess' date=' TA is checking with another source). This is NOT OBC from the TA or her immediate employer; it is from a TA group that the company is associated with. No idea why that is available on some cruises and not others.[/quote']

Many TA agencies will reserve a number of cabins for a cruise and anyone who books one of those cabins will be considered a member of the group even though you many never meet or know anybody else in the group. Once those cabins have been booked, any other reservations for that cruise will not be part of the group.

When the group is set up by the TA, it comes with various benefits for the cabins in the group, usually a list from which the TA can decide what to offer. Examples would be a bottle of wine, OBC, or5 a specialty dinner. Once the group cabins have been sold, any other cabins sold for that cruise by the TA will not get these amenities. These benefits actually come from Princess through the TA, but not from the TA.

It is possible that for the cruises you are not getting the OBC that no more spots were left in the group when you booked or that the TA never did have a group set up for those cruises.

That's a good theory, but no...the previous OBC came from the "Ensemble Group," a recognized group of TAs. I often get mailings from them listing both Ensemble and my TA. TA did say that she was going to verify somewhere else (not just Princess) that there was no OBC available thru them.
