Allstate rewards question

Hey I've got a quick question. I tried to cash in some points for my Carnival gift cards and it said my card was denied. I tried it three times. I called the bank and they said it was approved but that all state reversed it. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do?

I would call Allstate Rewards and ask them to process the order manually.
