Pirate ship cruise in Puerto Vallarta

Is the Pirate ship cruise tour worth what they are charging for it? Also how is the food? It says we get breakfast and lunch on board.

I went on the night/dinner tour and did not find it worth the money. Although it was a good laugh, the food was just ok (and not much of it to eat). It was basically a floating disco. That was my experiance.

We went on the pirate cruise during the daytime. I found it to be geared towards children mostly, although the secluded/private beach they took us to was nice. The food was just so-so.

Both of my boys thought this was a great excurtion. Yes the pirate show is corny but you also get to spend an afternoon on a beautiful beach. They had banana boat rides, beach games with prizes for the kids. The food was basic BBQ and the breakfast was okay. We would do this excursion again with the boys because they enjoyed it alot.
