I see where I can do cruise cash, but is non refundable. Can I add OBC to our account? Would rather do that if available pre-cruise.

Other than cruise cash, I'm not aware of any way to add OBC to your account pre-cruise. You can certainly do that (via cash or Carnival gift cards) after you board but not prior.

Cruise cash is Carnival's version of pre-funding your account it is considered non-refundable OBC.

If you want you can buy Carnival gift cards and add them upon boarding, and at some ports right at the check-in counter. Just be very careful of some of the discounted offers and stick with the well known ones like AARP and Allstate Drivewise.
