Any feedback on Italytours?

We are booking a number of tours with them, I've been very pleased with their quick response but wonder if anyone has any feedback? We are doing almalfi coast and Rome and the Vatican.

They have good reviews. We have 2 with them coming up in September as well as several other on our roll call
