Taxi to the Sea Aquarium... Is this still true?

Found this post from 2016. Is the cost still the same?

Taxi from the Mega pier to the Aquarium cost $20 for 1-4 people each way.

Looks like it says $25 to the Mambo Beach/aquarium area. Not possible to walk from the pier. Pretty obvious looking at google map.

Yes $25 each way and it is not walkable from the port area.
