Help! Clicked the wrong shore excursion!

Had a phone call in the middle of doing this with the result Ive booked the wrong shore excursion.

 

Im in the UK and have tried phoning Miami with no joy, just kept being put on hold, then speaking to yet another person and having to go through the whole saga.

 

Any help with is would be much appreciated.

Maybe there is a spot to cancel the excursion on the website ?

If you cannot make the amendment online telephone the Southampton office - number under ‘Contact Us’ on the UK Oceania website. We have always found them very helpful.

Have just phoned Southampton and a very helpul chap has
