Onboard spending Mariner points for EXC excursions booked in advance of boarding?

Does HAL include money spent on pre-boarding EXC tours (via the website) when calculating Mariner points for onboard spending?

I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered before but I couldn't find a message thread that answered the question.

Yes. Also anything else purchased in advance except OBC and casino chips. Also gifts from your TA/friends/family.

Absolutely all excursions, specialty restaurants, and gifts (including alcohol for the cabin) that you pre book will count towards your Mariner points. $300 = 1 point.
