We are booked in a Haven with the drink & dining packages that was included at the time of booking. A additional person was later added under a later promotion, so would like to know if he will also get those packages?

the promotion drink and dinning package only applies to the first 2 guests. if the third wants it to, you will have to pay for it

It would be odd if the third person were added under a different promotion. They may have cancelled and rebooked the whole room. In any case, the Free at sea goes to Guest 1 and 2.
